She is completely nude in a number of shots and the camera pans up over her body within close range.

She has some strange hat on. There are more shots of her nude except for a pair of black garters while more photos are taken of her. Next she gets the full-frontal treatment a few times with the camera panning up over her vagina, passed her breasts, to her face. Karen walks down a long hallway in an apartment building. A guy also walks down the hallway and he and Karen pass each other. They smile at one another and their hands brush together. They look at each other before going into their respective apartments. Karen, inside her apartment, thinks about the encounter in the hallway. The guy walks to Karen's door and is about to knock but chickens out. Meanwhile Karen is just inside the door and her clothes start to come off. Quickly she is completely nude and the camera pans over her body following her hands. There is an overhead shot from above the door and we see the guy standing just outside Karen's door and just on the other side we see Karen completely nude. Next, in a fantasy sequence (not sure which one is having the fantasy, maybe both) Karen is standing all alone in the hall completely nude. Next Karen and the guy are nude in the hallway embracing. There is a close-up of the guy's hand on Karen's vagina. Then he gets to fondle her breasts and run his hands over Karen's outstanding butt. The fantasy portion ends. The guy goes back to his apartment after not knocking on Karen's door. Just as he enters his apartment Karen, fully clothed, walks out of her apartment and catches a glimpse of him as he closes the door.

We voyeuristically peek in through a keyhole at Karen. We go inside for a closer look where Karen is in an empty room sitting on a chair in a bra and panties. Once again we look through the keyhole and Karen is completely nude, wearing only knee-high stockings. We go inside for a closer look. Karen gets the full-frontal treatment with the camera panning over her vagina, passed her breasts, to her face. Meanwhile hands seem to be reaching for Karen through the rubbery walls. Karen leans up against the wall as these hands try to reach through and fondle her. Unfortunately the rubbery wall is acting as a barrier. There are more shots of Karen's body with the camera panning up her. The hands, through the rubbery wall, fondle Karen. She turns around and lets them fondle her buns (again, through the rubber walls, so it would be like fondling Karen with rubber gloves on). There are more shots of the hands fondling every part of Karen's body in this manner. The segment ends with the camera panning back through the keyhole.

This segment was obviously inspired by the program Pop-Up Video which has appeared on the cable channel VH1. Here little notes containing trivia and comments about Karen pop up throughout. Some of the comments are the kind of sexist remarks you would expect from an adolescent male, which is what makes them so great. Karen is in a room doing different things. Karen talks on the phone then poses nude on a bed while the pop-ups tell us her measurements. She dances around in a tutu and the pop-up tells us she always wanted to be a ballerina. There are nice shots of her buns as she lies on the floor wearing nothing but a shirt. In the foreground a dog chases its tail while Karen rides a kid's toy in the background. The pop-up says, "We'd rather be chasing Karen's tail". Karen licks the reed of a clarinet then places the instrument in her mouth. The pop-up asks, "How many men would like to be the clarinet?" At one point there is a close-up of Karen's vagina with her hands nearby. The pop-up says Karen is well manicured. The next pop-up then says her fingernails are nice too. There are all sorts of pop-ups like this through out this segment. I've just given a few examples here. There are plenty of shots of Karen's nude body included here. I wouldn't be able to put my finger on exactly why this ranks among my all-time favorite segments in any video if my life depended on it, but this segment does. I guess I just like the combination of naked chicks and humor, and the more adolescent the humor the better.

A guy drives down a deserted when he drives through the ghostly form of Karen before he can stop. He gets out of his car and looks around but cannot see anything. He gets back into his car and continues down the road when Karen appears in his back seat. He turns to look but by that time she has disappeared again. As he pulls in front of his house we again see the ghostly form on Karen running in a dress toward the front door. Karen runs straight through the door. The guy, still a little spooked, goes in after. He sees Karen run up the stairs and goes up after her. Karen walks through the rooms then enters the bathroom. The guy peeks in at her. Karen twirls and her dress disappears. She is now completely nude and there are plenty of great shots of her body. Back in her dress Karen runs out of the bathroom and dances in a room. Next Karen is completely nude in a bathtub with no water. There follows an incredible shot of her vagina as she fondles herself. This shot of Karen's vagina is far more explicit then any I've seen in a Playboy video with only a few exceptions. The camera pans up passed her breasts to her face. She squeezes her breasts and there are more shots of her running through the house in the dress. Finally Karen engages in a little simulated sex with the guy. The softcore scenes are brief and inter-cut with more shots of Karen by herself in the nude. The guy gets to kiss Karen and fondle her buns. The simulated sex scenes are brief and some of the footage is in black and white. The segment ends with the guy again driving down the road and running through Karen's ghost.
